New to Abu Dhabi – what oil do you Giulia owners actually run here?

Just moved here from the UK with my 2018 Giulia and I'm already stressed about the heat and what it means for oil changes, because back home I just used the recommended 0W-30 but I've heard the summer temps here might need something different. I called around and some places said stick to the manual, others said go thicker, and honestly I'm more confused than when I started. I found the Alfa Romeo Giulia Oil Change Abu Dhabi page while googling and it mentions using the right spec for the multi-air system, which I know is picky about oil viscosity. Has anyone here actually switched to a different weight for the summer months or do you just follow the book and change more frequently? Don't want to mess up the engine but also don't want to pay dealer prices if a good independent can do it right.
